As a trained and compassionate visitation supervisor, she creates a safe, supportive space where children can spend meaningful time with their noncustodial parent(s).

Sophie closely monitors all interactions to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of everyone present. If necessary, she will step in to protect the safety of the child and parent alike.

During each visit, Sophie takes detailed, neutral notes that objectively describe the dynamics and behaviors observed. These case notes are securely maintained and shared with the designated county caseworker or family attorney as required.
